Ten venues instead of eleven for 2017 WTCC calendar
Return to Macau and Monza
Magical motorsport venues Macau, Monza and the Nürburgring Nordschleife will form part of the FIA World Touring Car Championship schedule for 2017.
Approved by the FIA World Motor Sport Council at its meeting in Vienna today, the chase for world title glory will take place at 10 events in four continents from April to December as follows :
— April 9th – Marrakech, Marrocco*
— April 30th – Monza, Italy*
— May 14th – Hungaroring, Hungary*
— May 27th – Nordschleife, Germany*
— June 25th – Vila Real, Portugal
— August 6th – Termas De Rio Hondo, Argentina*
— October 15th – Shanghai, China*/**/***
— October 29th – Motegi, Japan
— November 19th – Macau, China*
— December 1st – Losail, Qatar*
